Camille discusses the challenges of balancing efficiency and continuous improvement in warehousing and transportation. She also shares her excitement for the future of the industry, including robotics, green warehousing practices, autonomous vehicles, electric vehicles, and data analytics. She encourages women of color in the supply chain industry to do it scared, be open to mentorship, and bloom where they're planted. Camille's personal passion for wine has led her to start a wine group and she envisions merging her love for supply chain with the wine industry in the future.
